A banner image holder and a randomizer?

I need a stack that will serve as both a full-page banner holder and a random image loader. It must facilitate warehousing of images (I want to use SVG images). And it must play nice with @TAV’s and/or @habitualshaker’s layout stacks.

Does such a stack even exist? If not, perhaps there is some workaround method that would allow for similar end-effect?

I believe Slot Machine will do this for you. It has been a while since I looked at the stacks that come with Slot Machine, but I do believe it does have a warehousing option.

Edit - Yup, it does the Random Image Stack:
