if Apple’s upcoming offering isn’t all I hope it to be, then big could certainly be an option.

I think most native apps would be able to take advantage of it. I doubt you’d have problems.
My biggest issue with big monitors is regardless of size I just place everything right in the Center 😂
i think when they’re that big they need that slight curve they put on some displays. otherwise the sides start to get far enough away that i need a different pair of glasses.
for now, i think it’s good to have a 4K + standard resolution display too. it’s good to be able to test software on both.
