Years have passed since the drama began, and I believe I’ve written no more than two or three posts in this long period.
Now, however, I have more data to assess the current situation, and I’d like to offer some advice to anyone who wants to maintain their work with the Classic RW plus Stacks ecosystem, eventually moving to S6.
Anyone truly interested in maintaining this ecosystem (and S6 future) should publicly ask in the Real Mac forum whether Classic RW and its direct support to the Stacks plugin (the two should always be put together in the same sentence) will actually be supported in the next two or three years.
Only public questions can encourage a company to maintain high support for an application that is no longer its flagship product.
This is honest advice, not a polemic; use it wisely.
