[UIkit] Update 3.11

I’m updating UIkit stacks to version 3.11: most relevant additions are on the Form stack where I’ve added the ability to send a copy to the mail sender and to a second email address.

Oh thanks for the interest but nothing like that programmed for the near future :-)
