Note: Only if you have taken the Source / Lawyer course will this make any sense to you…

In the Source/Lawyer Course you mention in the video that you would later address the subject of how to colorize the svg icons, i.e. change the color from the svg original. You, in fact, reflect this in the Project Page - but I don’t think you ever explained how to do this. Where can I find this information?

Not at mac just now but look at the stroke and fill options in the SVG stack

If you are meaning the duo-tone SVGs then I think there is a video in the ‘Finishing touches’ section that looks at using Source colours with svgs.
