Apostrophe in Poster 2 titles

I’m having a problem with the apostrophes in the title of a Poster 2 post. I remember it being fixed years ago, but I can’t find anything on the forum.

If I enter the title: Qual’è tra l’ultimo e l’ora da scegliere.

With the apostrophes, it becomes:

It’s illegible. How do I fix it?

Do you use {{title}} or {{{title}}} ?
