Does this go for an extra licence as well?

Anyway, I purchased a license but did not receive any receipt from Vibralogix, only one from PayPal. I believe I should have two licenses since I also purchased one last year. However, I encountered an error message—something about my primary email not meeting certain criteria, but I couldn’t read it fully before it either disappeared or I navigated away from the page. As it stands, I still only have one license and no receipt from Vibralogix.

Hi @Kent
Do not hesitate to contact Adrian at support@vibralogix.com he is very responsive and pleasant. I have no doubt that he will resolve your problem immediately.

Hi Kent. I have replied to your email directly about that issue.

Just to be clear the discount only applies to full price licenses of Sitelok and Vibracart Pro rather than extra license which always have a 50% discount.

Ah, okay, that is also fine. I can see that version 2.3 is the current version, and the extra license is already very cheap, so I am happy. :-) Sorry for the confusion!

I write educational contents for drumming. If I was using Sitelok to display images of written exercises, videos and audio, will it be possible to prevent registered users to download the material?

Hi @artm

While it’s impossible to completely prevent someone with technical skills from copying content they access online, you can certainly make it more difficult. Using Sitelok, particularly its Linklok feature, is a great way to start. This tool ensures that links to your content only work when users are logged in, adding a layer of security.
Additionally, you can employ other strategies to protect your materials. Disabling right-click and copy functions can deter casual attempts to copy your content. Modifying the .htaccess file to block direct URL access can also help prevent unauthorized downloads. Digital Rights Management (DRM) is another effective measure; it encrypts your videos, ensuring they can only be viewed through secure players. Adding watermarks with user-specific information can discourage illegal sharing by making any leaked content traceable.
Well these methods won’t make your content completely theft-proof, but they will significantly increase the effort required to copy it. Hope that helps.
