Hi all,
I am a Source user, and I presently use Chillidog, acquired by Exact Hosting. RW uploads are successful, but do not appear on the live site, nor is Forms2 forwarding emails. I have not changed anything in RW publishing, which suggests a possible path or other issue at the hosting level. I submitted a support ticket before noon Friday (East Coast US), received an automated response, but the support team has not replied. I sent 3 additional emails, asking for a response before the weekend, but no joy. I am presently not able to upload to the site, nor is my contact page working!
Chillidog was fantastic, and the owner, Greg, always responded in a timely fashion. But this is not a good look from Exact Hosting, and is very problematic to say the least.
So, I will have to wait until Monday because tech support is not offered outside of business hours, but, if this issue is not resolved and well explained by Monday, I will be looking for another hosting company.
Any suggestions would be welcome !

Hey Joe, I have just posted about this issue: my rw uploads are not “successful” and I’m not receiving mail. More concerning is I submitted a support ticket noon, NY time and only an automatic response. This is totally unacceptable, obviously. Unfortunately, because Greg was fantastic!
Will BetterSiteHost respond in a timely way? Do they service support tickets on the weekend? Is there live chat? I am a solo in the US, but have a few European domains as well. Will they play well with international sites? Is migration smooth? I will go to the site and look at costs [yearly]
