Hi all,
built this website (RW 9.68) with Platform and G-Sheet stacks years ago - I know, all deprecated now but it is still running fine on Safari, Firefox, Edge and Chrome.
With one flaw: It can’t be opened in Chrome on mobile (in my case iOS but know also problems in android).
Can anyone of the community who is good in coding and/or troubleshooting find the culprit?
Or lead me to a simulation on my MacPowerbook to simulate the mobile mode?
Thanks a lot in advance
Tom
Hi, Tom,
I can’t help you with the code, but I have a suggestion for you. Try an AI agent to solve your issue. That’s what AI is good at.
I just used Proton Lumo (on a free plan) to help me build a complicated AppleScript workflow. Now I am in the middle of building a stack that no developer was willing to tackle. All this with no coding skills on my part.
Hi Rob,
thank you, was working on it with ChatGPT when I ran out of tokens. Will try Proton Lumo, thanks for the tip.
Tom
I can see all pages of the site with no issues in Chrome / iOS - latest versions.
Thank you for checking.
I just redid the whole “Koerbchen gesucht” (looking for a home) page and built subpages for every category. Before that all categories were filtered with a Doobox stack. Chrome on mobile can’t handle several Javascripts doing the same thing. At least that was the analysis with ai. Now it is a little bit slower to hop on the category page but it is working. Can’t believe that Chrome is so unperformant.
