This is actually a pretty bad bug with possible lot of incompatibilities also in other stacks.

I was quite tired to type of the full details last night when I posted this originally. Here it is…

A bad bug was introduced this weekend that may break your websites. Basically, RapidWeaver has always ensured that the website address in your project settings ended with a slash. RapidWeaver then has a macro %base_url%, that both users and developers could use to inject the website address. In this updated RapidWeaver strips the ending slash in the URL, even though it’s there in the settings. This can break all kinds of things on your website.
