I’m excited to announce a three-part live training series for Total CMS 3. This is a hands-on, structured walkthrough of everything the system can do — from the basics all the way through custom schemas, the REST API, and automation.
Here’s the deal: if you purchase a Total CMS 3 license before the training begins, access to the sessions is included at no extra charge. This is a one-time thing I’m doing for early adopters, not a permanent offering.
How It Works
The training is split across three sessions, one for each edition. The edition you purchase determines how many sessions you get:
- Lite → Session 1
- Standard → Sessions 1 & 2
- Pro → All 3 Sessions
Already own a license? You’re in too — this applies to all current license holders.
The Sessions
Session 1 — CMS Fundamentals · February 18 · 10am PST
Get up and running with Total CMS. We’ll cover the admin interface, built-in content types, displaying content with CMS stacks and Twig, image handling, galleries, and more. You’ll leave with a working multi-page site.
Session 2 — Building Client-Ready Sites · March 4 · 10am PST
Take it further with the blog system, Depot file management, email notifications, access groups, and Twig in the Playground. Everything you need to hand a site off to a client with confidence.
Session 3 — Power Features & Automation · April 1 · 10am PST
Design custom content types, connect external services with the REST API, automate workflows with PHP scripts and webhooks, and go deeper with Twig templating.

Every session will be recorded and shared afterward, so you can watch at your own pace before the next one. Each session builds on the last, so you’ll always be ready to follow along.
