But these buttons are not displayed in the menu bar at all, when I preview or publish. I only see the logo and I can not figure out why the buttons do not display.
NavBars are something that are a real challenge, I have tried so many options. Current choices are quite limited, unless you are creative enough to venture into BWD territory. I’m currently finding Overlay menu by 1LD helpful.
Have you selected ‘Add stack / CTA’ in BOTH Mobile and Desktop settings? It should definitely show although 5 buttons would be a squeeze in most desktop menus.
i’ve been working on an update to the Nav stack. Will hopefully get it pushed out later this week or sometime next week. If anyone wants to try it before then DM me and i will send you the updated stacks through. A sneak peek at what is included:
[Nav] - Option to have CTA elements positioned below the nav links in the mobile drop down menu
[Nav] - Option to group the desktop CTA elements with the nav links allowing the links and CTA elements to be displayed together at the right hand side of the nav bar
[Nav] - New option to set a minimum width for the branding element on desktop sizes. Useful if using a CTA element and you want to adjust the positioning of the navigation links to be more central.
[Nav] - Option to add custom links to the Nav bar. Useful for adding in-page links to designated anchor IDs on your page. (Note: This feature requires Source Addon pack).
Thanks Stuart you did a great job. What I admire about you is the passion you put into it without thinking about your waste of energy and time. This update deserved a separate payment for its value.
Excellent additions - thanks for this. I didn’t notice the update and when I saw the option for custom links I wondered how I’d not seen it before - now I know I’m not going mad :)
