Returnable email form

Is it possible to create an email form to send to customers to fill out as an enrolment form and then return it to the client after completion. For privacy reasons and to prevent spamming the client does not want the form displayed on a web page. Hope this makes sense.

@Pixelart Hi, not sure to understand. How is the customer supposed to request the form?

@Bruno
Hi Bruno,
Basically they fill out a form on the website requesting a free taster lesson. Here’s an example I have used here: https://bailey-cox.com/ the form pops up on the page. So ideally once we have their email address we would then send them an enrolment form (possibly in html format) that could be completed and and then returned as an email reply.

Hi,
ok, I see two solutions. Either a script to send the email from the email address, but the web host must accept mailing campaigns, it all depends on the quantity of email generated. Or the use of a service like Mailchimp but this has a significant cost.
By “going outside” your conditions a little, you could use Sitelok from Vibralogix which allows both to have a secure space and to manage email campaigns securely. Entering the email address will automatically create an account with an automatically generated password and email verification if you want. This could reassure your client.
There may be a simpler way but without a form it’s not easy 😁

Why not, as soon as you have their email address, send them a link to a (from the navigation menu) hidden web page with that exact form?

I don’t see how you create a form in an email.

Hi Jannis,
I assume that it is not a form that is sent by email, just an email with questions and the return email with the answers is to be processed. But it is really not simple. But I can be wrong.
